Facility

Training facilities are essential in creating qualified and competent workers, preparing them with critical skills required for working overseas and which are not necessarily obtained in their formal education.

In 2001, PDS relocated to a 17,000 m2 property with a total of 12,000 m2 building area (includes offices, training facility, dormitories, etc.) and is able to accommodate more than 1200 recruits and close to 100 staffs. Included in the training center are: 35 classes complete with language laboratories, cooking classes, caregiver classes, baby sitting classes, a complete mini hospital training facility for nurses and caregivers, spa training facility, 2 dining halls, 210 bathrooms, 1 basketball court, 1 badminton court, 3 dormitories (total of 1200 beds), 1 prayer room, 1 mini market, 1 library and et cetera.

Currently, PDS is building one more hospital training facility to re-train our recruited nurses aiming to work in medically more advanced countries such as Japan and Singapore. This facility would be equipped with highly advanced medical equipment, which are normally utilized in these countries’ hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes.

Aside from our central training center in Gempol, PDS has 6 additional regional training centers which altogether can accommodate up to 2470 trainees.

Staffs

PDS staff, including trainers, instructors, and administrative staffs are as significant if not more in creating highly qualified skilled workers.

PDS central office is supported by 40 administrative staffs handling every division according to country of destination, 35 government-certified instructors who have overseas experience, and veteran trainers; all of them have direct and significant roles in the training and placement of our workers in many countries, including but not limited to: Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Algeria, Korea, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dubai, and many more.

Curriculum

PDS implements strict requirements and wholesome training to potential workers who aim to work overseas. Selections of workers are done very carefully to ensure their quality. Furthermore, PDS has an established curriculum for teaching foreign languages in which, its efficiency has been proven for many years. Less than 3% of our workers failed on their jobs due to language inability.

PDS is also able accommodate overseas clients’ requests to recruit and train workers in skills and work sectors which thus far are not in our repertoire. We are constantly upgrading ourselves which give us an edge over our competitions.
